Sparsholt Equine College
Dressage
For this event, I borrowed a Canon 5D MKII + a Canon EF 70-200 f2.8 from the University of Portsmouth's Photography Department. This was the most professional camera I have used and it enabled me to get some wonderful photos.
This was the University of Portsmouth's Blue Team competition. The team placed 3rd overall, with individual 2nd for Grace, 7th for Anna and 8th for Evie.

Cross Country
For this event, I borrowed a friends Nikon D3100.
This was a fun lesson to celebrate the end of the competition season for the B Team. The horses all looked amazing and we had excellent weather that day. It was very nice to photograph outdoors in a field instead of in an arena.

Dressage + Showjumping
As the new Riding Captain for the University of Portsmouth Equestrian Club, I was asked to help out with the next BUCS competition with grooming, tacking up and of course, photography. This was a memorable day due to the horrendous weather conditions which meant we had to move the showjumping inside.

Loxwood Joust
August 2019
The Loxwood Joust is a medieval festival suitable for the whole family. The annual event attracts visitors from across the south east to enjoy a day of jousting, children's activities, a hog roast and real ale. There were medieval cookery demonstrations, falconry, 'torture with the executioner' and an archery competition. I took photos of the Joust with my Nikon D200.
