Logo Experiments with Text and Image

For me, I want a logo that can be as versatile as possible. I want to add it on my artwork subtly, I want to add it to my photographs whilst still being recognisable, I want it to work as a logo online as well as on merchandise. And I want to like it!

These logos are experimenting with the image of a horse in relation to my name and job title (tbc). I particularly like the left logo in the middle row. The simplicity of the lines and the way it fits above the writing make for a very smart logo.

These logos are experimenting with the concept of the horse as an artist. I particularly like the middle logo with the writing following the shape of the neck, however, the writing isn't very clear.

These logos are experimenting with the concept of the horse interacting with the text. I really like how 3D the bottom middle logo looks. I also like how the showjumping pole looks, instead of just a plain line underneath.

These logos are experimenting with the concept of the letter S becoming the horse. I really like the concepts on the top row but after some research, I have found that a company has already used a similar idea.

The concepts below symbolise a horse hoof. Horses have a triangle in the middle of their hoof called a frog. This was the starting point for these logo concepts. My surname 'Toovey' is often shortened to '2V' in emails and family numberplates etc. I wanted to play around with this alongside almost symmetry. These are very unique and recognisable but don't tell the viewer much about what I do.

These logos are experimenting with circles, ovals and other structural shapes. Some of the circles are just too busy. I like the oval-shaped logo however this would not work well with most profile picture formats. I like the logo ideas in the right-hand column the most.
